Rangers Drop Third Straight with 91-54 Loss to Chadron State

Chadron, Neb.: After falling twice this past weekend while at home, Regis dropped a road game on Thursday to Chadron State 91-54. Machesney scored in double digits for the Rangers totaling for 12 points while dishing out three assists and pulling down three rebounds.

The lead was exchanged numerous times during the first half before the Eagles went ahead at the 9:44 mark and held onto the lead for the remainder of the period. At the break, Chadron State walked away up by 15.

The Eagles were able to keep and extend their lead during the second half walking away at the buzzer with a 91-54 victory.

Behind Machesney in scoring were Chelsea Porter and Kara Larson who had seven points each. Larson grabbed six boards in the game while Porter snagged five.

Up next, Regis will face the Nebraska-Kearney Lopers on Saturday in Kearney, Neb. Tipoff is set for 12:00 p.m.
