Lebanon, Ill.: The Regis University women's lacrosse team bounced back from their tough loss on Thursday to take it to McKendree 19-6 in Western Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association action.
Regis (9-5, 7-2 WILA) scored the first three goals and six of the first seven to take a commanding lead just 10 minutes into the game. Regis led 10-3 at halftime and outscored McKendree (1-13, 0-9 WILA) 9-3 in the second half.
Regis had 29 shots compared to just 14 for McKendree with Regis once again controlling the draw controls by a total of 18-9.
10 different Rangers put the ball in the net with Emily Behr scoring four goals. Maribel Gallegos and Jessika Carlstrom each collected three goals apiece. Behr scored seven total points also getting three assists.
Regis returns home for their season finale as they host Adams State on Wednesday, April 24 at 4:00 p.m.
