Cardio Room

Completely renovated in the summer of 2024, the Regis Cardio room officially opened on August 23, 2024. The room provides all athletes with a dedicated space to work on their cardio and endurance in a fun environment, protected from the elements.

The 800 square foot facility features 12 Kaiser M3 Spin Bikes, 2 Life Fitness Ellipticals, 3 Woodway Treadmills, 55" Smart TV, Gym Mirrors, Rubber and Turf Flooring and Disco lighting.
