To continue to grow as a University rooted in Jesuit values, Regis has proudly adopted Regi the Ranger as its mascot. Regi is a firm believer in lighthearted fun and cura personalis, meaning "care for the whole person." Regi seeks to reflect our University's values, inspire our community, build fellowship and celebrate Ranger pride. A joyful, inquisitive and compassionate fox, Regi is proud to be a part of the Regis family. 
 
Let's get to know Regi better.
 
Q. What's your favorite sports team?
A. A silly question, really. There's only one team for me: the Regis Rangers. And I would say my favorite sport to watch is — hmm — lacrosse. Nope, definitely baseball. Scratch that — has to be volleyball. But wait, I really love golf. And soccer is the best. Sorry, this is way too stressful. I need a minute.
 
Q. What are your hobbies?
A. Hands down, my favorite thing to do is getting people excited about Regis Athletics. I love going to games and giving out as many high fives as possible. Our teams are constantly battling for top spots in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, and I love watching the excitement unfold. I also love to make new friends among Ranger fans — so come say hello, whether you're young, old or in-between! It's easy for me to connect with people of all ages because no one's ever told me how old I am.
 
Q. Why should people support Regis Athletics?
A. We're the best show in town! I support the Rangers — and think you should too — because they're successful on and off the field. With national semifinalists (women's lacrosse, volleyball) in the past year alone, Regis athletes are successful on the field. They also take care of business in the classroom. In 2019, Regis had one of the 10 highest Academic Success Rates in NCAA Division II. Pretty impressive, if you ask this fox.
