The Regis University Compliance Office ensures that the Athletics Department operates in accordance with the rules and regulations as set forth by the NCAA, the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference and the University on a daily basis.
It is the mission of the compliance office to maintain integrity in the area of athletics compliance and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to highest standards of ethical behavior.
Regis University uses the concept of "shared responsibility" for its athletics compliance program. Individuals with the athletic department work with staff members from other offices within the University to ensure adherence to NCAA Division II rules and regulations in regards to athletic compliance. The ultimate responsibility and authority over athletics rests with the Board of Trustees and President, aided by the Faculty Athletics Representative, athletics administrators, and an administrative oversight system established to ensure compliance.
We appreciate your interest and support of Regis Athletics and commitment to assisting us with accomplishing our goal of providing student-athletes with the best collegiate experience.
