Weight Room

The weight room is located in the main level of the Regis Fieldhouse. The equipment features three Rogue Fitness rigs and two Woodway treadmills along with varied weighted plates, dumbbells, medicine balls, exercise bands, and much more. The weight room is restricted to use only by varsity student-athletes.
