Box Score Denver, Colo.: Ranger women's basketball earned a 83-51 victory over the Grizzlies of Adams State College Friday night in the Regis Field House. This RMAC Conference game brings the Ranger women up to a 7-11 overall record and a 5-7 RMAC record.
Forward Tae'lor Purdy led the women with 22 total points and seven rebounds on the night. She also had two assists, one block, and one steal over the Grizzlies. Purdy hit on 9-of-16 from the field including a 2-of-5 performance from three-point range.
Post Kari Ameling also saw double figures for the women, scoring 12 on the night. She also pulled down five rebounds and hit on 2-of-4 from the charity stripe.
Guard Brandi Collins scored 10 for the women, while also tallying four assists and two steals.
Top performer for the Grizzlies was Chloe Cable who tallied 19 of the Grizzlies' points. Also, Marissa Petersen pulled down nine total rebounds on the night.
The women will take on Fort Lewis College Saturday, January 21st at 7:00 PM. The game will take place in Denver, Colo. at the Regis Field House.
