Junior outfielders Steven Brault and Willy Gustin led the Rangers in RBIs today while five other Rangers had multi-hit games.

Regis got off to a hot start scoring 2 runs in the 1st and 3 in the 2nd. After a leadoff single by Cody Hastings, Brault and Gustin hit back to back doubles to set the tone of the game. In the 2nd, Hastings hit a clutch triple to the right center gap scoring junior John Tosches to keep the runs coming.

The early five runs proved to be all that senior starting pitcher Aaron Harms would need. Harms picks up his first win of the season after today's dominating performance over the Grizzly hitters.

Game 2 of the 3 game series was a late offensive explosion by the Rangers. After being no hit in the first three innings, the Regis hitters battled back and put up 21 runs in the proceeding innings. The Rangers batted around in the 5th scoring 11 runs. It was an all-around impressive display of the team's offensive capabilities. The Rangers peppered the gaps and moved runners with ease. Brault led the onslaught with a double, triple and 3 RBIs in the inning. Tony Piazza also had 2 hits in the inning and 2 RBIs.

Piazza led the team in hits and RBIs after going 4-5 with 5 RBIs and Brault also had a day going 3-4 in the game with 4 RBIs.
