Box Score GRAND LAKE, Colo. - The Intercollegiate Woman's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) released the weekly coaches' poll on Monday afternoon. For the third straight week, Regis kept their No. 19 ranking in Division II following their 14-7 victory over Pfeiffer University on Sunday.
Defending NCAA Division II Champion, Adelphi University (Garden City, New York), coveted all 20 first place votes to remain at the No. 1 position. Aldelphi defeated No. 13 Florida Southern 16-10 this past week. RU and Lindenwood University remained as the only two Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference schools to be named in the IWLCA rankings in the weekly poll. Lock Haven, Regis' March 13 opponent, stayed in the No. 7 position after being ranked No. 8 to start the season.
This week the Rangers travel Greeneville, Tenn. to face Tusculum College (4-0, 0-0 SAC) for a non-conference matchup. RU will play the Pioneers this afternoon, Monday, March 1 at 3 p.m. RU will then make the trip back to Hickory, North Carolina to play Lenoir-Rhyne University on Wednesday, March 2 at 2 p.m.
