BOULDER, Colo. – The Regis University Women's Track and Field team competed in their second ever meet this weekend, at the Colorado University-Boulder Colorado Classic.
Six different Ranger recorded marks inn six different events at the meet.
Allie Braney took 13th in the 3,000 meter run, recording a time of 10:53.29. Caitie Slattery ran the mile in 5:38.49, taking 18th, while Melayna Barclay took 13th in the 800 with a time of 2:18.86. Gaia Price finished the 400 in 1:11.74 for 11th place, and the final track event was Alex Baer, running the 200 in 29.34 finishing 29th. Amy Bautista threw in the shot put, taking 24th with a mark of 3.80m (12'7.75").
The Rangers return to action on January 25 at the Colorado Running Company UCCS Invite.
