Rangers Women Open Outdoor Season with Strong Showing at CSU-Pueblo Meet

PUEBLO, Colo. – The Regis University women's track and field team opened its outdoor season at the CSU Pueblo Dr. Dan Caprioglio Early Bird Meet on Friday and Saturday, delivering a well-rounded performance across multiple events.

Friday's action saw Arabella Hebinck lead the Rangers in the triple jump with a mark of 10.61 meters, followed closely by Kendal Allaire at 10.46 meters.

On Saturday, Allie Braney highlighted the distance events with a third-place finish in the 10,000-meter run, clocking a time of 37:52.39. In the 1,500 meters, Caitie Slattery led the way with a time of 4:54.94, while Mila Stamper followed at 5:09.29.

In the field events, Kendal Allaire paced Regis in the discus with a throw of 28.62 meters, just ahead of Kimberly Salazar at 28.49 meters. Dorothy Freeman recorded a top mark of 4.60 meters (15'1.25") in the long jump.

On the track, Addison Kahler posted a time of 15.97 in the 100-meter hurdles, followed by Lauryn Uyemura at 17.34. Kahler also added a 12.96 finish in the 100 meters, while Uyemura competed in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:11.51.

In the 400 meters, Aaliyah Rodrakkwan led the Rangers with a time of 1:03.64, followed by Slattery at 1:05.56.

The high jump saw Allaire place eighth with a mark of 1.57 meters (5'1.75"), while Freeman cleared 1.47 meters (4'9.75"). Marisa Martinez rounded out the field events in the shot put with a throw of 8.16 meters (26'9.25").
