GUNNISON, Colo. – The Regis University Men's Track and Field team competed at the Western Colorado University Western Slope Conversion Classic on Saturday afternoon.
Josh Dominguez won the Javelin throw with a mark of 47.16m (154'9").
Four Rangers ran in the 1500-meter run, with Quinn McKnight leading the pack, taking fourth place with a time of 3:57.82. Joining him were Lyon Craig (6th, 4:03.23), Nathan Dyck (8th, 4:04.06), and Carson Schuler (13th, 415.49).
McKnight added a fourth-place finish in the 800, finishing in 1:57.94, while Schuler took ninth at 2:01.82.
Erick Herrera and Iker Acosta-Ferrera competed in the 400, taking fifth (55.06) and sixth (56.33), respectively.
The Rangers return to action for one final meet, the Air Force Twilight Open on Friday, May 8.
