2021 | Senior
Ranked eleventh in the RMAC in kills per set (2.64) and second on the team in total kills with 240... Siurek was a menace at the net and didn't let much get by her... Her 62 blocks this season energized the team when they needed them most... Speaking of blocks, she broke her career-high when she smashed down eight of them against No. 1 MSU Denver on Oct. 9... She also broke her career-high in digs (4) on Nov. 13 versus Westminster (Utah).

2020 | Junior
Posted one her best seasons as a junior, starting and appearing in all 15 matches and 55 sets for RU... ranked second on the team with 149 kills, and a 2.71 kills per set average... finished the season with a .256 hitting percentage... also ranked second on the team with 35 blocks on the season (.64 blocks per set)... set a new career-high with 19 kills against the Colorado School of Mines Orediggers on March 20, 2021... 

2019 | Sophomore
As a sophomore, made three starts and appeared in 26 sets... recorded 37 kills for a 1.42 kills per set average... also registered 11 digs and eight blocks on the season... was named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll for her success in the classroom and on the court. 

2018 | Freshman
Appeared in 13 matches and 39 sets before suffering a season-ending injury... recorded 62 kills, giving her a 1.59 kills per set average with a .188 attack percentage... added 23 total blocks and 10 digs on the defensive end.

High School
A 2018 graduate of Holy Family HS. Earned varsity letters in volleyball (2016-18) and track and field (2016). Was named All-Conference First Team in 2017, All State Honorable Mention in 2017, Academic All-State 2016-2018, and helped her teams to a second-place finish at the state championship in 2016-17, and a third-place finish in 2017-18. 

Personal
Rachel is the daughter of Ryan and Kim Siurek and has seven siblings, Lexi, Isaac, Matthew, John, Rosie, and Charlie. Rachel's mother, Kim, played collegiate volleyball at Texas A&M University (1990-93).
