HIGH SCHOOL: Isabella graduated from Our Lady of Victory High School in Englewood, Colorado in 2022. As a member of the volleyball team, Smith is a three-time All-Conference selection and has earned the Raider Award and the Offensive Player of the Year award so far in her career. She plays club volleyball for Front Range Volleyball. She comes from a family of athletes as her father was a basketball player at Texas A&M during his undergraduate career. Her sisters, Michaela and Taylor, played volleyball in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference at MSU Denver and UCCS, respectively. Isabella is the daughter of Julie and Kevin Smith and she has five siblings, Christopher, Michaela, Taylor, Zachary, and Gianna.
