2010:

  • Ran in five events
  • Ran a season-low 31:30 eight-kilometer time at the Metro State Invite
  • Finished well registering a season-low 6:19 mile pace in the 10-kilometer NCAA Regional held in Wayne, Neb.  Finished in a time of 39:18.4.

2009:

  • Participated in six events
  • Finished 30th at the Mountaineer Open with a season-best 29:59.50 over 7.4 kilometers
  • Season-best over 8.0 kilometers was at the Fort Hays State Tiger Open meet in a time of 30:41.0

Regis Jesuit High School:

  • A 2009 graduate of Regis Jesuit High School in Aurora, Colo.
  • Participated in cross country just one season at Regis Jesuit HS
  • Played four seasons of track and field and played football for three seasons
  • Helped Regis Jesuit to second place finish at the 2008 Class 5A State Meet
  • Ran a leg in the 800 Meter Relay team that finished fourth at state
