• A 2005 graduate of University High School in Spokane, Washington
• A three-year starter and letterwinner in basketball
• An Honorable Mention All-League selection following her junior and senior seasons
• A two-time recipient of the Sportsmanship Award (2004, 2005)

• Led UHS to a runner-up finish at Regionals and an appearance at State in 2004
