Ran in five of seven events... recorded a career best 8K time of 29:24.5 at the Colorado College Cross Country Invite, placing 55th indivdually.

2017 | Junior
Ran in all six events... posted a season-best 8k finish at the RMAC Championships with a time of 29:44.8 ... consistently finished third for the Rangers.  

2016 | Sophomore
Ran in four events ... broke his Regis career-best eight kilometer time of 28:46.3, set as a freshman, with a new mark of 28:11.0 at the Roadrunner Invite ... recorded a 40.8 win-loss percentage on the season along with a 226-324 win-loss record ... had a season-high finish of 36th out of 144 runners, also at the Roadrunner Invite.

2015 | Freshman
Competed in five events … ran a season-best eight kilometer time of 28:46.43 in the opening meet of his collegiate career … placed 24^th at the Joe Vigil Invite hosted by Adams State.

A 2015 graduate of Broomfield High School in Broomfield, Colo. … earned two letters in both cross country and track and field … was a Colorado State 5A qualifier … was named to the honor roll.
