Gabrielle Bogear enters her second year as the assistant softball coach in the 2021-2022 season.

Originally from Sacramento, California, Bogear spent two years as the head softball coach at Oklahoma Wesleyan University. Prior to that, Bogear was the graduate assistant at Oklahoma Wesleyan for a year before being offered the head coaching position. In June of 2019, Bogear completed her master’s Degree in Strategic Leadership. 

As a student athlete, Bogear was a starter all four years at Indiana Wesleyan University. She was a second baseman that got the opportunity to play in two National Opening Round tournaments with the farthest run taking place her senior year. Bogear ended her college career with a .345 batting average, .450 slugging percentage, 200 hits, 113 RBI’s, and 80 career walks.
