Emily Spector enters her first season with Regis University women's basketball team as a graduate assistant in 2021-22.
Originally from Dallas, Texas., Spector finished out her basketball career at Texas Woman's University and Timber Creek High School in Keller, TX.
During her collegiate years at Northwestern State University and Texas Woman's University, Spector was a D1 Conference Champion, 2X All-Conference Team selection, she ranks Top-10 in rebounds, blocks, and points, while also making two appearances in the NCAA tournament. She graduated from TWU in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in business. Following graduation, she continued her basketball career overseas, playing professionally from 2017-2021 in the Czech Republic and Israel. During her time overseas, Spector helped guide her teams to three continuous final four appearances, while holding the 3-point record of 46% from behind the arc.
Spector also spent the 2017-18 season coaching college basketball for the University of Dallas as the assistant coach. Prior to working at UD, Spector worked with the EYBL Lady Drive Nation women's basketball team.
