Erin Fry enters her second season coaching the Rangers in 2026-27.
She previously served as a volunteer assistant this past year following a decorated five-year career at Regis while becoming one of the program’s all-time leaders.
While as a student athlete here, Fry was a three-time First Team All-RMAC member, including being named the conference’s Player of the Year in 2022-23 and Co-Freshman of the Year in 2020-21. In 2022-23 she would also garner All-America Honorable Mention honors from the WBCA and All-Region honors from the D2CCA leading the Rangers to both regular season and RMAC Tournament championships and reaching the NCAA Tournament.
She would be apart of the RMAC Tournament Championship winning team as well in 2023-24 with her being apart of the program’s two most recent NCAA Tournament bids.
Fry currently sits top five in 10 different individual career leaders categories  while having the most minutes played in all of Regis history with 1,112. She appeared in 138 games with 114 starts over the five years with the next closest games played being 122.
In addition, Fry has the program’s only triple double in history recording 15 points, 14 rebounds and 12 assists against UT Permian Basin on Nov. 15, 2022.
She currently holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology while also having earned her Masters degree in Organizational Leadership.
