Jason Kohler is in his fourth season on the women's basketball staff and first season as an assistant coach after starting at Regis as a graduate assistant.
In his first year, Kohler helped the Rangers to the RMAC regular season and tournament championships in 2022-23; the first time the program swept the RMAC crowns since 2006-07. Regis advanced to the NCAA Division II South Central Regional Tournament for the first time since 2016-17, led by four All-Conference players in Erin Fry, Sam Deem, Josey Ryan and Erin Stroberg. Fry would earn RMAC Player of the Year, RMAC Tournament MVP, First Team All-Region and All-American Honorable Mention.
Regis followed that up with another RMAC Tournament championship in 2023-24, tying a program record with 26 victories on the season. The Rangers had four players earn All-RMAC recognition, including one player on the First Team. Another individual was named D2CCA All-South Central Region.
