High School
Quintana is a 2018 graduate of Pojoaque Valley High School in Espanola, N.M. She is a four-year letterwinner in Cross Country as well as Track and Field. She was a Cross Country State Qualifier in 2014, 2015 and 2017 while earning All-District honors the same years. Quintana was also a Track and Field State Qualifier in 2015-17.

Personal
Consuelo is the daughter of Feliz and Greg Esparza. Her career ambition is to graduate college and find a job that she has passion for. Some of Consuelo's community and volunteer work include: Blanket Drives and “Soup”er Bowl of Caring, Serving Food at the Senior Center and soup kitchen, Spending Time with animals at Animal Shelter, Reading at Church, Vacation Bible School, Bike for MS, Christmas Caroling at Nursing Home, Collect Water and Money for Houston, Thanksgiving Food Drive, Pennies for Patients - Leukemia, Collecting Soda Tabs for Ronald McDonald House, Making bless bags for homeless/ those in need, Coat Drive, Donating Blood at blood drive.
