• Ran in four events
• Ran best 5K race at the Joe Vigil Open in a time of 22:16.0
• Her best 6K race came at the Rim Rock Classic in a time of 26:40 and averaged her best mile at 7:09
• Defeated 93 runners at Disney Classic for a 40.3 win-loss percentage, her best of the season

2011:

• Competed in two races the Joe Vigil Open and the Colorado College Open
• Ran a 21:27 clocking at the five-kilomter Joe Vigil Open
• Ran the six-kilometer Colorado College Open in a time of 26:59
• Had season-low 6:54 average mile at Joe Vigil Open

2010:

• Ran in five races as a true freshman
• Ran her season best time of 27:39.6 at the UC-San Diego Triton Classic, a six-kilometer race
• At the Joe Vigil Invite, she ran her season-low average mile of 6:52

Parkway West High School:

• A 2010 graduate of Parkway West High School in Ballwin, Mo.
• Was named the cross country rookie of the year
• Earned Second Team All-Suburban South Conference in basketball
• Finished her career on the hardwood as the ninth all-time leader in assists and the 11th all-time leader in steals at PWHS
• Also earned First Team All-Conference on the soccer pitch as a senior
• Letterd three times each in basketball and soccer and twice in cross country

Personal:

• Daughter of Jim and Joyce Triska
• Has one older sister, Audrey, who is currently running cross country at Rockford College
• Her career ambition is to become a doctor
