Regis University Athletics

2009:

• Ran in all six events in 2009
• Had the fourth best time on the team in a six kilometer race as she finished in a time of 24:47.6 at the NCAA Regionals
• Her 6:32 average pace time at the UC-Riverside Invite was her best of the season as she finished in a time of 20:17.9

2008:

• Ran a 28:40 at the Rocky Mountain Shootout in Boulder, Colo.
• Finished 58th at the Loper Open in Kearney, Neb. with a time of 26:27.20

2007:

• Posted a personal best 20:30 at the Notre Dame Catholic Championships
• In her first collegiate race placed 36th overall with a time of 21:23 at the Joe I. Vigil Invitational
• Finished in 45th place at the Colorado College Invite

Valley Center High School:

• A 2007 graduate of Valley Center High School in Wichita, Kan.
• Posted personal bests of 5:25 in the 1600 meters and 2:26 in the 800 meters
• Earned four varsity letters in track and field
• Qualified for the Kansas State Track Championships all four years
• Played basketball for three years and volleyball for four years
• Was class valedictorian

• Father is Gregg Schmidt
• Father Gregg and brothers, Ryan and Caleb, all played collegiate baseball with her two brothers playing at Kansas and Texas-Pan American respectively
