Fields Brown is back for his third year with the Regis Women's Soccer team, starting with previous coach JB Belzer in 2018. He is excited to be working again with new Head Coach Kelly Brown, as they have previous working experience at the ODP and Club level. 
 
Fields is currently the Director of Operations at FC Boulder, where he has been since 2017, and has worked as a Director of Coaching and team coach. During his time at FC Boulder he has led a team to a Desert Premier League title, a State Cup championship, and participated in the USYS National League. In 2019 he was named the United Soccer Coaches "West Region Coach of the Year" for his work. 
 
Prior to arriving at Regis, Fields has also worked at the collegiate level with the University of Tennessee (2011), Georgia State University (2009-2010), and Wofford College (2005-2009). In addition to working at the collegiate level, he has also had experience at the Semi-Professional level, working as the Associate Head Coach for the Georgia Revolution (2011) of the National Premier Soccer League, as well as the Head Coach of the Knoxville Lady Force (2012, 2013) of the Women's Premier Soccer League. 
 
He graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2005 with a degree in History, as well as obtained his Master's of Arts in Teaching from Converse College in 2009. Brown holds a USSF "B" License, as well as a National Soccer Coaches Association Premier Diploma.
