The 2024 season marked Hashbarger’s second season with the Regis Volleyball staff as she pursues a Master of Science in Project Leadership and Management. Originally from Portland, Oregon, she played four years at Montana State University Billings as a setter. Hannah’s mother, Renee Hashbarger (née St. Marie), starred at Regis as an All-American setter from 1991-1994.
As the program’s director of operations and engagement, Hashbarger combines her expertise in brand marketing, leadership, and program management to support the team’s success.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for organization, she oversees the program’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, ensuring consistent branding through compelling photo and video content. Leveraging her skills in Adobe Photoshop, Hashbarger creates original graphics and strategically schedules content to engage the team’s audience. Additionally, she manages email marketing campaigns to strengthen communication with fans, donors, and alumni, fostering greater support for the program.
Beyond marketing, Hashbarger plays a vital role in team operations and logistics. She organizes travel for the team, coordinating transportation, lodging, and scheduling to optimize efficiency and player preparedness on the road. She also facilitates event planning, team functions, fundraising initiatives, and donor outreach efforts, helping to grow program resources and community engagement.
Working closely with the coaching staff, Hashbarger contributes to recruiting, player development, and program strategy, ensuring a high-quality experience for student-athletes. With her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, she is an integral part of the Regis Volleyball program’s continued success.
