2020 | Junior
As a junior Uyemura appeared in 12 matches and 27 sets... registered her first kill from her back row position in 2020 while also recording six digs, four service aces and one assist... earned RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll honors for the first time in 2020.

2019 | Sophomore
Appeared in 21 matches and 41 sets... notched nine service aces and 17 digs... finished with nine points.

High School
Uyemura is a 2019 graduate of Platte Valley High School in Greeley, Colorado where she earned four varsity letters in volleyball and two in track and field... during her career, Uyemura posted 2,929 assists, 117 aces, 989 digs, and 142 kills in only 340 sets... she was named All-Conference Honorable Mention in 2015, All-State Honorable Mention in 2016, 2017, and All-Conference in 2016, 2017 and 2018. She was also named All-State First Team in 2018.

Maddie is the daughter of Julie and Matt Uyemura and has five siblings, Kayla, Tyler, Zach, Lauryn and Delaney.
