Guy Biren

Guy Biren graduated Stony Brook University with a Bachelor's of Science in Athletic Training in 2015. He sharpened his focus on rehabilitation in the physical therapy setting before transitioning to secondary school sports. There, he worked as an assistant and eventually head athletic trainer in the class AA environment, utilizing a “patients as partners” approach to healthcare, where patients are empowered to advocate for themselves in a medical setting and fully understand the nature of their injury in order to overcome it. He joined the Rangers in 2024, and now, he directs his experience in rehabilitation and patient education towards maintaining and improving the health of our Men’s Soccer and Women’s Lacrosse athletes here at Regis.

Guy has always been a believer in “be X and do Y,” so although he is an athletic trainer, he takes pride in his extracurricular activities as well. In his spare time, Guy pursues creative endeavors in the world of game development and art, stays active with hiking, mountain biking, and martial arts tricking, and enjoys a secondary role as a part-time gymnastics coach.
