Justin Adams begins his third year as the Voice of the Rangers in 2018-19. Adams' responsibilities include play-by-play broadcasts of all volleyball and basketball home games and pre-game/post-game interviews.
Justin is an award-winning journalist and proud native of Denver, Colorado. A versatile member of the newsroom, Justin is a studio host and the main fill-in sports anchor and producer at NewsRadio KOA. Justin also works as a sports reporter and color commentator for Comcast Entertainment Television. He is passionate about sports, specifically in historically detailing the lives of past great African-American baseball players in the Mile High City.

Justin embarked on a journalism career by working at Denver7 in 2010 as a digital content producer, video editor and photojournalist. At Denver7, Justin also appeared as a Denver Broncos analyst for the Orange and Blue Review and a regular on The NOW National Show. In 2014, he became a sports host for the Buffaloes Stampede and Buffs Talk on NewsRadio KOA. Justin also is a sports reporter and a college football and basketball color commentator for CET Sports.

Always looking to grow professionally and personally, Justin is the past Vice-President of the Colorado Association of Black Journalist (CABJ). Within CABJ, he helps organize networking and professional events and acts as a liaison to the other CABJ members around the world. Justin is currently furthering his leadership portfolio, joining the Colorado Black Chamber Connect Leadership Program.

Beyond from the professional life, Justin gives back to his community by serving as a life-skills mentor and football coach for Athletics and Beyond, which is a program that mentors high school student-athletes. Justin was a college football student-athlete, playing tight end for the Colorado Buffaloes from 2004-2006.

Centered on his Christian faith, Justin weekly joins other former college and professional athletes in After The Game Ministries (ATG). ATG acts as a bridge for athletes looking to find meaning in life after they have finished playing sports. In all, Justin’s biggest goal in life is to leave a proud legacy that would span multiple generations.
