Lee Ibrahim is in his third season as assistant coach for theRegis Men's Soccer program. Ibrahim was instrumental in helping theRangers to a historical season in 2010 and, with his soccerknowledge, will continue to develop all-america talent in 2012.
He has helped Regis to two of the best seasons in school historythe past two seasons. The Rangers have gone 27-7-5 (.756)including an NCAA Tournament berth in 2010.
Ibrahim came to Regis after eight years working in his familycollegiate souveneir and apparel business in his hometown ofClemson, S.C. Ibrahim played two seasons at NCAA Division IClemson University, one of the most storied programs in men'ssoccer. Clemson is tied for eighth all-time with 26 nationaltournament appearances including a 1998 appearance in which Ibrahimwas a part of. Ibrahim graduated in the spring of 2002 fromClemson.
Ibrahim comes from a coaching pedigree and is thankfulto be back in the soccer community. Ibrahim's father,I.M. Ibrahim, is the most successful coach in Clemson Universityhistory. Ibrahim has the most wins, 388, at Clemson which issecond most in ACC history. His father guided the Tigers totwo NCAA Division I National Championships in 1984 and 1987.
Lee spent one season prior to Regis at Southern WesleyanUniversity in Central, S.C. as assistant men's soccer coach.
