SPEARFISH, S.D. - Men's and women's cross country finished in 14th and 13th in the RMAC Championships.
The men ended in 14th with
Sean Ankarlo leading the way. Ankarlo finished in 78th with a time of 28:21.
Kian Hartley was next in recording a time of 28:55.
John Malone tied down third out of the Regis runners crossing at 29:19 with
Carl Nelson just seconds behind at 29:34.
Emilio Tovilla posted a final time of 29:47 and
Evan Sanchez a 30:02.
Paul Armstrong followed at 30:58.
Vincent Frazier and
Scott Kordziel crossed at 31:57 and 32:11 to top it off for the Rangers.
For the women,
Amanda Martinez crossed first for Regis at 24:39 to lead the team to a 13th place finish.
Christina Kennedy was next at 26:17.
Emily Perez and
Paloma Farkas finished just seconds apart at 26:47 and 26:51.
Haley Rach followed at 27 minutes flat.
Katherine Pappas and Jennifer Vanetten posted times of 27:06 and 27:14.
Claire Wilson crossed at 27:52 with
Samantha Holland rounding it out at 29:15.
Lizzy Kelly,
Audrey Jawor and
Theodora Zastrocky all competed in the open side of the meet recording times of 28:17, 28:53 and 30:29.
Next on the schedule for Regis is the NCAA Division II South Central Regionals. The meet takes place in Denver on November 5 at 8 a.m.
