SAN ANTONIO, Texas -  Regis softball lost due to the mercy rule, 8-0, against Cameron University.
 
How It Happened: The game remained scoreless for the first two innings. Cameron posted the first run in the third and followed with three more in the fourth. The Aggies doubled their scoring adding four runs in the fifth to seal the win.
 
Game Notes: Taylor Armitage held down the mound for three innings striking out two batters. Cortney Sexton took over for 1.1 innings and faced nine batters. Jaiden Johnson, Tori Brown and Melissa Heronema each recorded one hit.
