Â
In set two, Regis scored 16 of their 25 points on kills at the net, while also forcing eight attack errors from the Eagles. The only other point came by way of a service error from the home side. Unlike the first set, there were three lead changes and six ties scores in the second set.
Â
The final set of the evening was the best of the bunch for the Rangers. They recorded 20 kills on only 31 attempts with three errors. This amounts to a .548 hitting percentage and was easily their most dominant offensive performance of the season.
Â
Head coach, Joel List, on the win, "We showed up ready to play and it was nice to see an efficient effort from both our offense and defense. Strong play from our middles created opportunities for our pins, and Mara LeGrand did an excellent hob orchestrating the offense".
