Katelyn Martin earns her second RMAC Goalkeeper of the Week award in 2022

| By:
DENVER, Colo. — The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) announced the winners of the Women's Soccer RMAC Players of the Week on Tuesday, with Regis graduate student Katelyn Martin earning RMAC Goalkeeper of the Week honors for Week 7.

Tuesday marked the second time this fall that Martin has won the award (Aug. 30 Week One). The announcement comes on the heels of back-to-back shutout performances delivered by Martin and the Rangers' defense over the weekend in a scoreless tie against Colorado State University Pueblo on Friday and a 2-0 clean sheet against Colorado Christian on Sunday.

Martin (7-4-2 overall) stopped all 13 shots she faced through the two games, helping Regis maintain an unbeaten 7-0-1 mark atop the RMAC standings. Her five shutouts this season are tied for the third most in the conference, while she leads all RMAC goalkeepers this fall with 66 saves and a .846 save percentage.

The Rangers will be back in action this weekend for the final home stand of the regular season, hosting Western Colorado at 4 p.m. Friday and Fort Lewis College for Senior Day at 11 a.m. Sunday.
