COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. —
The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) announced the Week One winners for the Women's Soccer Player of the Week, with Regis University senior goalkeeper Katelyn Martin taking home Goalkeeper of the Week honors.

Martin was a rock for the Rangers' back line during their opening weekend, stopping 17 of the 18 shots she faced to help Regis earn a 1-0 win over Midwestern State University and a 1-1 tie against Texas Women's University; two teams that defeated Regis in 2021.

Her 17 saves currently rank as the second most among RMAC goalkeepers while she leads the conference in the early going with 8.5 saves per contest.

Martin and the Rangers will look to build off their solid start when they head out on the road this weekend for matchups against Texas A&M International (4 p.m. Friday) and No. 25 Angelo State University (12:30 p.m. Sunday).
