COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) posted the Men's Cross Country Coaches' Preseason Poll on Wednesday, with the Regis men coming in at No. 15.
Colorado School of Mines, fresh off their 2022 national championship, came in at No. 1 with 193 points and 12 of the 15 available first-place votes. Adams State University (181), Colorado Christian University (170), Western Colorado University (155), and the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (146) rounded out the top five.
Regis earned 22 points and is turning a new leaf with the addition of Head Coach Evan Verbal and graduate student Wyatt Farace. Alongside Farace is Demetrious Brown, a local product from Rangeview High School.
The Regis men's squad is also returning five members from the 2022 squad, with
Judd Ogle and
William Oakes leading the pack.
