RIVERSIDE, Cali. - The Regis University Men's Cross-Country team finished 16th place at the Highlander Invitational, in Riverside California, Saturday Morning, their fourth meet of the season.

RU earned 435 team points

The University of Arizona took first place with 43 team points while Gideon Mengich of the University of Arizona was the individual champion with a time of 23:42:8.

Nathan Dyck was the top performer for the Rangers, scoring 54 points with a time of 25:49.2.

Quinn McKnight was the next finisher, scoring 83 with a mark of 26:39.1, and
William Oakes was behind him, finishing in 27:05.9 for 96 points.Â
Eric Casey (99, 27:20.8) and
Jordan Moon (103, 27:25.9) were the final scorers for Regis, while
John Murphy was the next to cross the finish line at 27:29:8.

The Ranger's next meet is the RMAC Championships, in Las Vegas, N.M. on Oct. 26.
