Rangers Announce 2026 Recruiting Class

DENVER, Colo. – The Regis University Women's Soccer team has officially announced its 2026 recruiting class, welcoming 10 incoming freshmen and transfers from across the US and the world.

Ava Aguiar (Fr., F, San Dimas, Calif) Hailing from San Dimas, California, Ava is a uniquely talented athlete, having earned varsity letters across four sports at San Dimas HS (soccer, track and field, softball, flag football).  A speedster on the track (100m, 200m, 4x100m), Ava has received Valle Vista All League and Player of the Year awards across multiple sports.  A goal scorer for her club, Ava has special technique and composure on the ball that she has developed throughout her youth career with the Athletics SC and E64 United NL Premier club programs.

Brianna Bailey

Brianna Bailey (Fr., F/M, Anchorage, Alaska) A multi-sport athlete from Alaska, Brianna joins the Rangers from Anchorage South HS where she was a 3x state champion and 3x First Team All State player.  Brianna is on pace to score 70 goals throughout her high school career, making her one of the most prolific scorers in Alaska soccer history. Brianna played club soccer for Cook Inlet Soccer Club, where she won the Alaska State Cup 8 times throughout her youth career. At the regional and national level, Brianna was a two-time Far West Regional Semi-Finalist, and a two-time USYS National Qualifier. As part of a National League team that was 2x NWC champion and NLPro Semi Finalist, Brianna was selected to the National League TAKA Best 11 PRO list for her performances in both regional and national events.

Davian Dix (Jr., M, Stansbury, Utah, Utah State Eastern) After a stand-out youth career at Stansbury (Utah) HS and
Impact United, Davian began her college career at Utah State University Eastern.  Playing two years for the USU Eagles, Davian established herself as a key figure in the midfield, starting 15 out of 17 games her sophomore year. A dedicated student, Davian was twice recognized as USUE's Women's Soccer Academic Athlete of the Year. She was also a 2x NJCAA Academic First Team All-American, and a member of the NJCAA Academic Team of the Year in 2025-26.

Addysen Gasser (Fr., M, Anchorage, Alaska) Another Alaskan player joining Regis in the fall, Addysen is a standout, multi-sport athlete from Anchorage with a lengthy list of honors and awards.  A member of the powerful Cook Inlet Soccer club, Addysen is a 6-time AK state youth champion, and 4x USYS Region IV and 2x USYS National Tournament participant.  Her performance in the National League regional and national levels led to her selection as a Taka Best 11 National League P.R.O. As a four-year standout at Anchorage South HS, Addysen is a 3x Alaska State Champion, and a 2-year All-State and All-Conference 1st Team selection.

Lexie Hinton

Lexie Hinton (Fr., D, Broomfield, Colo.) One of only three Colorado players on the Regis roster, Lexie joins the Rangers from nearby Broomfield HS, where she has had a remarkable HS career in one of the top programs in Colorado. An extraordinary leader, the two-time captain and defensive midfield stalwart for Broomfield HS has been a 3x All Conference selection, All State Honorable Mention, 3x All State Academic selection, and a 2x All Conference First Team player. On the club side, Lexie has played for the Broomfield Blast GA, as well as ECNL club Colorado Edge.

Paula Igual Bonilla (Jr., M, Madrid, Spain) A gifted central midfielder player from Madrid, Spain, Paula comes to the Rangers by way of the 2025 NJCAA D2 National Finalists, Heartland Community College (Illinois). In her two years at Heartland, Paula's list of accolades is long: team captain, First Team All District, First Team All Region, First Team NJCAA All Academic Team (4.0 gpa), NJCAA All Academic Team of the Year, and NJCAA National Tournament First Team.  Paula also received the Leading Sophomore Award at Heartland as a capstone to her experience at the university. Paula started 21 games her Sophomore year, and tallied a total of 18 goals with 17 assists throughout her career at Heartland.

Madisyn Meyers (Fr., F, Pahoa, Hawaii) Continuing the recent trend of recruiting success for the Rangers in Hawai'i, Madisyn comes to Regis from Kamehameha Schools Hawai'i HS in Pahoa, HI. A 2x team captain for her high school squad, Madisyn was the Hawai'i BIIF Player of the Year as she led her team not only to the BIIF State Championship, but the Hawai'i DII State Championship as well, where she was named the Tournament Most Outstanding Player. Madisyn has been recognized as a 4x BIIF State Champion, 3x 1st Team All-Conference, 3x 1st Team All-Area, 2x 1st Team All-State player. On the club side, her development throughout her youth career for Hawai'i Rush led to her selection on the Hawai'i National Team.

Quinn Quinabo

Quinn Quinabo (Fr., M, Haiku, Hawaii) Another talented Hawaiian central midfielder headed to Denver, Quinn is an outstanding player for both Seabury Hall High School, as well as her Leahi Soccer Club GA team. With high soccer intelligence and sublime technical skills, Quinn scored 50 goals throughout her high school career, including 14 goals in her senior season, 4 of which came in the HHSAA State Tournament. Her talent was recognized regionally as she was selected to the Maui Interscholastic League All Star 1st Team for her Senior year.

Gaby Ramirez

Gaby Ramirez (Fr., M, El Paso, Texas) Another technically gifted midfield player joining the Rangers in 2026, Gaby comes to Colorado by way of El Paso, Texas. A member of the WTX Rush Galaxy club program, Gaby is one of the elite players of the 2026 class from across the West Texas region. A 4-year standout and Senior captain at Chapin HS, Gaby was named to the All District 1st Team, and served as Captain for her squad in the El Paso Senior All Star Game.

Sierra Rosetta

Sierra Rosetta (Fr., GK, Pearland, Texas) Coming to Denver from Pearland (Texas), Sierra brings a fantastic resume as a goalkeeper to the Rangers in 2026. In addition to being a captain and leading player for her 08 RISE GA team, Sierra also had a stellar high school career for 6A Shadow Creek HS. A four-year varsity starter and three-year captain, Sierra was a 4x District 1st team selection, twice named the District Goalkeeper of the Year, 4x All Academic District selection, and TASCO Academic All-State Team selection.  She also served 3 years as the Athletics leadership representative for her school, and received the AIMS award for being named the Best Female Soccer Athlete. 

 

The Rangers look to build upon a strong 2025 campaign that saw them break into the United Soccer Coaches Top 25 for the first time since 2017, an appearance in the RMAC Tournament, and two wins over nationally ranked teams. RU returns five players who received All-RMAC honors in 2025, and nine of their top 11 minutes leaders. Head Coach Jeff Frykholm enters his fifth season at the helm of the team, and continues to steward a program of athletic and academic success.

The Rangers begin their 2026 season on Thursday, August 27, hosting East Central University (Okla.).
