DENVER, Colo. – The Regis University Women's Soccer team has officially released its 2026 schedule, including 12 matches on the Ranger's home pitch.
RU returns nine of the top 11 minutes leaders from their 2025 campaign that saw a 10-5-4 record and an appearance in the RMAC Conference Tournament. Jeff Frykholm is in his fifth season as the Head Coach of the Rangers, and the team returns four All-RMAC honorees, including forwards Elsa Nolen and Fernanda Rodriguez, defender Gianna Sparaco, and goalkeeper Helen Stegner.
Regis' non-conference slate includes six home games, including opening with East Central (Okla.) on August 27th, and Rollins (Fla.) on August 29. September starts with Dallas Baptist (Texas), an NCAA Quarterfinalist in 2025, on the 3rd, St. Edwards (Texas) on the sixth, St. Martin's (Wash.) on the 10th, and Nebraska-Kearney on the 13th.
The Rangers start RMAC conference play on Sept. 18, welcoming Adams State, and host New Mexico Highlands on the 20th. Their first road games of the season are set for Colorado State University-Pueblo on September 25th, and Colorado School of Mines, the 2025 RMAC Tournament Champs, on the 27th, before returning home for matches against Westminster on October 2, and University of Colorado Colorado Springs, a 2025 National Qualifier, on the 4th.
RU travels across town on Oct. 8 to Metropolitan State University of Denver, and host local foe Colorado Christian on Oct. 11. On the 16th, Regis battles Western Colorado, and ends the weekend on the 18th at Fort Lewis, who ended the Rangers' season last year. The final home game of the year is against Colorado Mesa, last year's regular-season RMAC Champs, on the 25th, while the regular season ends on October 28th at Black Hills State.
The RMAC Tournament is set for Oct. 30 - Nov. 7, with the top eight seeds in the tournament earning a bid. The first two rounds are played at the higher seed, while the semifinals and Championship are played at the highest remaining seed.
All home games will be streamed PPV on the RMAC Network. For the most up-to-date information, visit regisrangers.com.
