Vigil Open XC with a time of 34:49.3 in the 4.97-mile race on Sept. 7 … Claimed an 183rd-place finish in the 10k with a time of 43:51.4 at the NCAA Division II South Central Regional Cross Country Championships on Nov. 9.

Ran in all seven events ... Earned a career-best 8k time of 31:11.7 at the Roadrunner Invite, where he placed 154th individually on Oct. 6.

Competed in all six events ... Recorded a season-best 8k time at the Oct. 21 RMAC Championships with a time of 33:19.0 en route to an 120th-place showing ... Registered his personal-best 10k race time of 41:16.8 to take 185th overall at the NCAA Division II South Central Regional Cross Country Championships on Nov. 4.

Ran in five events ... Posted a season-best 8k time of 31:14.6 at the Roadrunner Invite, crossing the finish line in 86th place on Oct. 1 ... Clocked a 32:12.0 to finish 123rd overall in the 4.97-mile race at the Oct. 22 RMAC Championships.
