Had a season-high four shots, two shots on goal, and two goals all against Black Hills State on Sept. 25.
 
2021 | Junior 
Appeared in every game in 2021 and started 10 ... Had the third-most goals scored on the team (6) and fourth-most shots (21) ... Nine of her shots were on-target ... Versus Black Hills State on Oct. 3, had career-highs in goals (2) and shots (5) ... Her 14 points were the fourth-most on the squad ... Notched a season-high 84 minutes versus Fort Lewis on Oct. 24; in total, played 994 minutes this season ... 

2020 | Sophomore
Started all seven games for the Rangers during their shortened season … Led the team in minutes played with 612 … Played a key defensive role for the team and helped Regis execute two shutouts … Scored the fourth goal of her Regis career in RU’s 3-1 win over MSU Denver on April 15, bringing her point total to two for the season … Attempted six shots which was seventh-most on the team.

2019 | Freshman
Started 11 of the 16 games she played in … Scored three goals and had one assist for seven points on the season, which was tied for fifth on the team … Assisted on the game-winning goal in the Rangers’ 1-0 win at Westminster College on Sept. 29 … Scored goals in back-to-back games, consisting of one in the 5-1 win over Black Hills State on Oct. 21 and the game-winner in the 1-0 win over Colorado Christian on Oct. 25 … Contributed Regis’s only goal in the 4-1 loss to UC-Colorado Springs on Nov. 3 … Played 887 minutes for the season.

A 2019 graduate of Rocky Mountain High School in Fort Collins, Colo. … A three-year letterwinner in soccer for the Lobos of the 5A Front Range League in Class 5A ... Compiled 16 goals and 17 assists in her high school career ... Named Academic All-State First Team in 2017-18 and was also the women's soccer MVP at RMHS ... Was a four-year Honor Athlete ... Hand also played basketball and earned MVP honors in 2015 and 2017 ... She was a member of the National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, and received the Social Studies Freshman Award for Excellence ... Also earned the Science Sophomore Award of Excellence.

Personal
Daughter of Kristen and Barry Hand … Has two brothers named Ben and Max … She plans to study biology as she aspires to become a pediatrician or a surgeon.
