Appeared in all 21 of Regis' matches this year and started in one.... Had a total of seven shots on the season of which three were on target... Set a career-high of two shots against Black Hills State on Sept. 25... Logged 517 minutes on the pitch.

HIGH SCHOOL: LaLonde, a 2022 graduate of Ralston Valley High School in Arvada, Colo., comes to Regis after an impressive High School career. LaLonde began her High School career by reaching the Colorado 5A State Semifinals in 2018 and 2019 with her team. LaLonde's squad came back with vengeance by winning back-to-back Colorado State Championships in 2020 and 2021. 

In club play, she competed for Real Colorado Edge 03 Select and won the US Club Soccer National Cup in 2018. After her 2021 season, she was named State Cup MVP for her contributions to her championship team. For the past three years, she's been named an Outstanding Academic Athlete for consecutively having and maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
