Competed in four events … Completed his best 8-kilometer race of the season at the Oct. 5 Roadrunner Invite in which he earned an 82nd-place showing while clocking in at 29 minutes, 55.2 seconds … Clocked his best 4.97-mile race of 30:44.0 on Sept. 7 in the 26th Joe I. Vigil Open XC, where he finished 44th overall.

Ran in all seven events ... His personal-best time of 29:32.2 in an 8k race was at the Roadrunner Invite, where he placed 142nd individually on Oct. 6 ... Ran his personal-best 10k race of 37:21.4 at the Nov. 17 NCAA Division II South Central Regional Cross Country Championships to take 173rd overall.

High School
A 2017 graduate of the Landmark School in Prides Crossing, Mass. … Lettered in both cross country and wrestling with the Vikings, while also serving as the team captain for both teams.
