Heflebower joins the Regis University baseball program in a new capacity this year after having completed his playing career this past May. He will be helping coach and instruct the infielders for the Rangers this year.
Â
Prior to coaching, Heflebower spent four years on the RU baseball roster, where he earned two Gold Gloves at shortstop (2017, 2018) as well as a pair of All-Conference Second Team nods (2018,2019). During his time playing he also set the record for most assists and most double plays turned in Regis baseball history.
Â
He now works as an Exercise Specialist in Stapleton, CO, and will be spending his free time working with the Rangers on all things related to defense.Â
