• Ran in all six events as a junior
• His best eight kilometer race came at the Rim Rock Kansas Invite where he finished in a time of 27:35.3
• Had season-best win-loss percentage of 62.6 percent at the Disney Classic where he finished 72nd out of 191 runners

2011:

• Ran in all seven events
• Was the Rangers top finisher in four of the seven events
• Broke 30 minutes in four of the six eight-kilometer races
• Ran a season-best 28:12.70 at the Erik Anderson eight-kilometer race
• At the same meet, he averaged a season-low 5:39 mile
• At the Disney Classic race he had his season-best win-loss percentage of 46.0 percent (98-115)

2010:

• Ran in seven events and will return as one of the Rangers top runners
• Posted his season-low with a 28:49 timing at the prestigous National Catholic Invite held in South Bend, Ind.
• Had three races with an under 30 minute finish
• Had a season-low 5:48 average mile at the National Catholic Invite
• Ran his best 10-kilometer at the frigid cold NCAA Regionals in Wayne, Neb. in a time of 37:08.1

Mullen High School:

• A 2010 graduate of J.K. Mullen High School in Denver, Colo.
• Participated in football, track, cross country and golf in his four years at MHS
• Ran a personal best in the 800m of 2:01
• Earned the Rocco Mediate award in golf during the 2008-09 year
• Earned First Team Academic All-State four times
• Helped Mullen's 4x800 meter relay team capture second place at the 2010 Colorado State Track Meet
• Helped lead Mullen to the Class 5A Team Championship at the 2010 Colorado State Track Meet
