Alexis Riasati was named the Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach in the Summer of 2020 after spending the previous two seasons as the graduate assistant. During her time as the assistant coach, the Regis women's lacrosse program has won four straight RMAC regular season and RMAC Tournament championships between 2021-24.

The 2025 season saw the Rangers win a share of their sixth consecutive regular season RMAC Title, as well as their sixth straight RMAC Tournament Crown. Shea Murphy put together one of the most prolific offensive seasons, scoring 64 goals (4th most in Regis history), en route to being named IWLCA Third Team All-America. Megan Bunker controlled 116 draws, also 4th most, and Becky Goetsch set the Ranger's single-game assists record with six in a match against CSU-Pueblo.  Murphy, Madeline Schallmoser, and Brigit Goetsch were all voted to the IWLCA All-Region First Team, and headlined 10 All-RMAC recipients. Schallmoser was also the conference Defensive Player of the Year, and Summit Award Winner.

The 2024 Regis squad tied a single-season school record for wins, finishing the year at 20-2 overall and with a perfect 10-0 mark in the RMAC. The Rangers went on to claim a fifth straight RMAC Tournament title and then won a pair of one-goal contests in the NCAA Tournament's Midwest Regional to advance to the program's third national semifinal. A total of seven individuals were named First Team All-RMAC and as the postseason run continued, a pair of Rangers -- Bailey Truex and Lily Ferguson -- were named IWLCA Third Team All-Americans and Madeline Schmallmoser was named the NCAA Elite 90 winner for NCAA Division II women's lacrosse.

In 2023, the Rangers finished 17-2 overall while winning the program's fourth straight RMAC Tournament title and a co-share of the RMAC regular season championship. Regis was ranked as high as No. 2 in the country (first time since May 6, 2019) after defeating No. 1 UIndy on March 19, 2023. The program also hosted the NCAA Midwest Regional Tournament in Denver for the first time since 2019. Regis had two players earn IWLCA Second Team All-American (Lucy Johnson and Bailey Truex) while having six players named All-Region and 12 Rangers earning All-Conference honors.

The 2022 team opened the spring on a perfect 17-0 win streak all the way through the RMAC Tournament. Two wins, forfeits against Adams State University, are not recognized by the NCAA as official games. The Rangers claimed their fourth straight RMAC regular season championship, and third straight RMAC Tournament title, while ranking as high as No. 3 in the country in the IWLCA poll and advancing to the first round of the NCAA Division II Tournament. The Rangers had two players (Kyleigh Peoples and Hannah Krats) earn IWLCA All-American honors, while five RU players were named All-Midwest Region. Academically, the 2022 team had 13 total student-athletes receive RMAC academic recognition, while senior Lucy Johnson was named the 2022 RMAC Summit Award winner. As a team, the Rangers won the 2021-22 women's lacrosse RMAC Brechler Award, given to the team with the highest GPA (3.577) in the conference.
