Started all 22 games on the season…Collected 36 ground balls…Caused 46 turnovers…Won three draws
2023 Season | Sophomore
Started all 19 games as a sophomore while setting career highs across the board with 25 ground balls, 19 caused turnovers and six draw controls en route to earning Second Team All-RMAC honors.
2022 Season | Freshman
Played in 17 games, making one start, across the Regis back line. She finished with 11 ground balls, 13 caused turnovers and two draw controls.
High School
Skillings is a Minnesota product hailing from Stillwater. She attended Mahtomehdi Senior High School and will graduated in 2021. In addition to excelling at lacrosse, Skillings was also an accomplished hockey player at her high school, playing on the varsity team for all four seasons. In lacrosse, she earned All-Conference honors in 2018 and 2019, and she was also the Defensive Most Valuable Player (MVP) in 2018 and 2019 as well. Skillings also served as team captain for both the lacrosse and hockey teams. Terah is the daughter of Kristi and Derek Skillings and has one sibling, Noah. She plans to major in Biomedical Sciences.
