Regis volleyball locks up No. 4 seed in RMAC Tournament

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – After already meeting twice this season, Regis volleyball has secured the No. 4 seed in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Tournament and will host No. 5 seeded Colorado Mesa. This marks the 11th straight RMAC Tournament appearance and 20th overall for the program.
 
MSU Denver locked up the No. 1 seed going undefeated throughout conference play and Colorado Mines took the No. 2 seed. UC-Colorado Springs, Regis, Colorado Christian and Colorado Mesa all finished with league marks of 12-6. UCCS went 3-0 against the other tied teams therefore securing the No. 3 seed. Regis was next with a record of 2-1 while Colorado Mesa took No. 5 and CCU at No. 6.
 
RU and CMU have met six times in the RMAC Tournament having last matched up against each other back in 2014. Historically, the Rangers have been successful in defeating the Mavericks at home owning an overall record of 11-4.
