DENVER, Colo. – The Regis University softball team announces one more signing to their 2019 Recruiting Class.
Logan Taylor (Thornton, Colo.) has signed her National Letter of Intent (NLI) to continue her playing career at Regis after she graduates from Legacy High School this summer. Taylor is a left-handed pitcher who also plays first base. She is a two-sport athlete, participating in basketball in addition to softball.
Taylor earned Front Range All-Conference First Team honors while helping her Lightning team to a league championship, leading to a fifth-place finish in the Colorado High School Athletic Association (CHSAA) State Tournament in 2018. She was also chosen to play in the 2018 All-State game in 2018.
When asked why she chose to play softball at Regis, and what she is most excited about, Taylor replied, "I chose to play at Regis because I am excited to play for such an amazing program. I want to be challenged and become the best player I can be, and I really love the school and the campus."
Logan is the daughter of Heather and Tully Taylor and she has two sisters, Brooke and Paige.
