RMAC announces schedule updates following ASU's decision to discontinue women's lacrosse

| By:
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) announced Tuesday that Adams State University has discontinued its women's lacrosse program, effective immediately.

Citing the conference press release, all unplayed contests on the Grizzlies' 2022 schedule will count as forfeits, including the postponed game against Regis University back on April 8.

The Rangers will also receive a 6-0 forfeit victory for the game against Adams State that was previously scheduled for Sunday, April 24. Forfeited games will be counted toward the RMAC standings, but are declared "no contests" by the NCAA and do not count toward historical NCAA data.

No. 5 Regis moves to 11-0 overall on the season and 6-0 in RMAC play entering Tuesday night's game against the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs. First draw is scheduled for 5 p.m. at the Regis Turf Field.
